Bush opening for No Doubt 2010???

What does everyone think of the idea of Bush opening for No Doubt next year? I think it might be cool. It'd be nice to see both bands on the same stage and plus it would be nice for both Gwen and Gavin cause they'd always be together the whole tour.

I don't know any bush songs but I thought gavin was really great live this past weekend. I know it was suggested on the forum that he open solo for nd on this last tour and a lot of people didn't like the idea, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing him 10 or so times. I just hope that there is a tour next year at all :-) and not only would it be nice for g&g, it'd be nice for the kids too i'm sure.

Ahh, I'd love for Bush to be back together. And that would be a great tour. Or Gavin solo.. either way.

I like the idea of that,too,but according to what Gavin has said in interviews, while he's open to getting back with Bush he's working on another solo record right now because Nigel the guitar player of Bush is unwilling to go on a long tour since he doesn't want to leave his family.

Oh, I see. I have mixed feelings about what bands to open, I like seeing fresh new artists live, but at the sametime I have a whole list of bands that have past associations with No Doubt that I'd like to see open. And like the other post, that's if they tour next year, which I'm hoping No Doubt tours next year.

i would have to pass on that one... some of the songs are ok but most of them are boring to me... but thats just me... i think they should have a more upbeat band open for them
