Yeah the mods have to do something to your account. Then you can chop and change whenever you want. If they see this thread then they'll fix it. I think that's how it works at least.

mines wont change either. i mean luckily mines atm is quite fitting fo this time of year but i dont know what i'll do in summer!

People with your join dates (day one) often have trouble with their avatars (especially their first one from what I can tell). The only solution is to PM a moderator and they can fix your account.

hmm... as soon as I posted this back in November it was fixed and I haven't had a problem since then.

I would guess that a moderator noticed your post and fixed it for you. I was not strictly correct in stating that a PM was necessary - they are obviously free to fix the issue without correspondence. Sorry for the confusion - my statement was loose.

Well, even with a PM it doesn't get resolved right away sometimes. I PMed a MOD the other day with no response...I guess I'll PM the rest of them.

i've been waiting for over 3 weeks now :( i pmed a mod and they responded right away and said it would be fixed but it wasn't. i've sent 2 more pm's but no response. i guess i should give up. anyone know which mod i should pm? i sent one to the first one and webspinner. webspinner was the one who responded.

I notice Web Spinner and VM online most often, but all the mods are online reasonably regularly. I don't know if they can retrieve messages without signing in.
