Our dog was a lurcher and he used to have seizures as well. he started having them when he was quite young and would be fine for a long time and then would sometimes have a cluster of 3 or 4 fits in one day. its horrible and i know exactly how you feel. =[. im really sorry to hear that the vet hasn't called you back yet too. thanks to drunkhamlet for the awesome sig! I've got a boyfriend, he's in love with me. But he can't give up london so most nights i'm free.    Report

We feed my dog human food, and my mom said that morning he stole a donut off the table, and they think the sudden rush of sugar in his body is what triggered it. so they said not to worry unless it starts happening more frequently. so i guess i was over stressing this. but still that worried me. :( i hope it doesn't happen for a while again. He was put on meds and was fine after that... but yeah very sad, I hope you're dog gets good care and feels better soon.    Report
