? about DC concert & how to pm band members

Hi!
I live here in DC and ND is coming by in June
The band & I met back in the late 90's and I was backstage with them. I would like to meet them again when they come to DC
Who can I speak to about making this possible & I can provide details that can be corroborated w/ the band. I am quite sure the will remember me and what i made possible for them in Germany
