05-03-2009, 8:06 AM gwen&me Joined on 05-03-2009 13778 Posts 5 Help w/ catalog download Can anyone help? Anyone else having problems downloading their free music catalog into itunes? I have already tried twice, and emailed them, but I get an error message : "Cannot be imported because it is not a valid exported file" HUH? I need help! I have windows and I click on the link then I click save - but when I try to import it into itunes it just won't do it - I am very frustrated with this, anyone else having a problem?    Report

Or if you open the folder, on the left there should be an option. That's if you're running Windows. I have no idea how it works if you have a Mac.    Report

I've tried copying and pasting it, and it keeps saying the server has timed out or is not responding. I've bought 8 top tier tickets so I have 8 codes, and I've tried two but neither work! I am using firefox. I guess I will keep trying! Just wanted to get all of these on my iPhone before the Vegas show next weekend! Anything else you guys suggest I try?    Report

05-12-2009, 5:05 PM Gwenlover98 Joined on 11-06-2008 12345 Posts 1,215 Re: Help w/ catalog download my download has been giving me problems too. i entered the code and went to go open it and it never did anything so i tried to save it but it said it would take like 4 hours and i didn't have any time at the moment to wait 4 hours for the download. so i tried again a couple of days later and it said my time had expired. i had two download links and i tried it for both of them and it wouldn't let me download it. and that really sucks too since i don't have BSC or Stand and Deliver :( and i tried emailing the people who sent me it but i don't know if it ever got through. it just shows how much bad luck i have lol. thanx harajukusophie! And it says it will take 45 minutes! They always email the same directions and I still don't know how to extract the file! There is no option to do that when I right click on it! So, I am having no luck either - it is very frustrating! I only want Stand and Deliver, since I have 95% of their songs anyways. Can any computer experts HELP out there?    Report
