What gave your camera crew the right to take over our paid for box seats in West Palm Beach?

It was appalling!! Those seats were expensive, prime seats! That would be Box #71, in West Palm Beach's Cruzan Ampitheatre right behind the audio booth. What gives your camera crew the right to just, TAKE them?! We arrived at the concert before Paramore's set, found our booth full of your production equipment, and your people refused to move it. THOSE WERE OUR SEATS!! IT WAS A SOLD OUT SHOW!! We had nowhere else to go. We had to stand around for Paramore's entire set, while the Cruzan ampitheatre tried to find seats for us. They did find four seats, but they were not together and they were much worse, since the seats we HAD PAID FOR (booth #71) were the best seats in the house. Who the hell do you think you are? Being No Doubt doesn't give you the right to steal box seats so your camera ops can get a better shot! Even worse... no apology whatsoever. Oh, and we were not the only dislocated concert goers. Your crew also took over booth #70 (which was next to ours), forcing those ticket holders to relocate to the handicapped section. I'm disgusted. We were so excited about seeing you, and then you stole our seats. We tried to be cordial in asking your crew to please leave. The camera guy just put on his headphones and looked away. They crew in the audio booth ignored us. The ampitheatre should have forced your two cameras to move and didn't. Frankly I'm not sure who to take it up with b/c somebody owes us a refund. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. In any case, way to treat your fans.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience at the concert, this issue doesn't sound as if it's related to the band, and instead of blaming them I would advise that you take up the issue with the concert arena or Interscope.

Agreed, but both are to blame. No Doubt's stage crew wouldn't move their equipment (we talked to them - they were in our booth - and their entire audio/video setup was just in front of the booth). We begged, pleaded, and cajoled, while trying to be nice. No dice. No Doubt's camera crew refused to let us communicate with their Stage Manager. It is also Cruzan Ampitheatre's fault for not stepping up to the plate. And by all means we have taken it up with them. But we want to let No Doubt know that this happened, because, while I'm sure they were not the ones who made the call, they need to be aware that this happened.

Go down to small claims court and file a claim against who you bought the ticket
from. Just ask for your $ back. Be satisfied with the inconvenience you are
causing them as justice for your bad experience. They will have to mobilize
their legal department and may call you instead of you having to fight through
all that crap in calling them. If they call to "settle" then ask for more than
you were asking for on your small claims and the $ you had to pay to file the
