I can't find that thing to connect the camera to my laptop so the pictures will have to wait unfortunately :( Here's a little recap: My bf and I decided to sit at a table that was both right by the entrance and right by the stage (on the left hand side). Right before Mo Bigsley began their set, Tom Dumont walks in and I was like "Oh ***, that's Tom Dumont." So I called him over and asked for a picture, he said sure but that he'd grab a beer first. He assured me he wasn't going anywhere - hahaha. So after the Mo Bigsley set, we went outside to say hi to Adrian. As he was packing up his gear, we asked him for a picture and an autograph. And as always, he was gracious and attentive. I asked him about Nina and Mason and he said he couldn't complain, life was good. So then my bf asked him about the drum set he had used - he wanted to know if it was the same one that he had used at DiPiazza's. Adrian said it was the one he used on the tragic kingdom tour - pretty fuckin' cool :)...So anyway, I had him sign my tk and ros cd covers and then he took a picture with me. And now on to Tom.... I went back inside and walked over to his table. He was blowing his nose at the time - told me he had allergies (poor thing). When I asked him about Mieke and Ace, he took out his iPhone and showed me pictures of them. He said they had just come back from the Christmas Parade. It was the raddest thing ever. He was like "that's a picture of Ace and that's a picture of a reindeer..." hahahaha. So anyway, he signed my tk and ros cd covers too and took a picture with me. I asked him about the new album and he said that at this point they just need to put everything together and that it should be out sometime next year - I think he may have said this time next year but don't quote me on that. Last night was a amazing. Despite their long list of accolades, Adrian and Tom remain the most down to earth musicians I have ever met. They truly care about their fans and it shows. So Adrian and Tom, if you guys read this, THANKS FOR BEING SUCH AWESOME HUMAN BEINGS! :) Love, Val    Report
